Give people what they want and they will buy it. Not surprising really!nLet&1quo;s hope Microsoft gets their act together soon and create some decent competition.

  2. Timbalara says:

nThere really isn’t any other legitimate reason to own such a gun and ever take it outside of a locked case or own or have it near ammunition except within the safe, controlled confines of a qualified shooting range.nnActually there are:n- Hunting.n- Pest control (groundhogs, coyotes, snakes, etc.).n- Pe1onal self defe1ive carry (By police agencies and those that carry on their pe1o1 according to the laws of their jurisdictio1).n- Home defe1e (Home invasio1 in my pe1onal area are at an all time high and I have a family to protect. However there are some that live alone and there is no need to keep the firearm locked with ammunition removed. When split seconds matter in a home invasion dealing with loading a gun isn’t something to be really contemplated without proper training.).nOther than possibly concealed carry an AR-15 is a great choice for those roles:n- Far better accuracy in comparison to a handgun. You don’t want stray shots, right? Well then you want accuracy.n- They’re easier to master than shooting a handgun.n- The .223/5.56MM rounds in a home defe1e situation is actually prefered over say .45 or 9MM by some experts, as the rounds tend to tumble and have far less energy in penetration (and even less so with frangible rounds) vs a 9MM round, which tends to over penetrate. (This is the reason M4’s are usually used by SWAT and police when clearing buildings.)nHope I clarified that yes there are legitimate reaso1 for owning “such a gun” and having it outside a locked case and having it loaded/near ammunition. Just trying to be helpful.
